Jim is fantastic! I use his "Snow Removal of Latham" snow plowing service. He is reliable, and his pricing is fair. His website is very easy to use and manage service requests and payments. Jim gets the job done, and is careful to avoid property damage. (I had my driveway ruined 4 years ago by another snow plowing service.) Jim has taken great care NOT to damage my driveway. First of all I have to say if your looking for a Good,Caring,Quality company to do business with this is it. There's a lot of people out there who claim to be professional at this type of service. Well for my experience with first calling company for advice the owners wife Shannon was very helpful with explaining things, I being a do it yourself guy most of my life was trusting in her advice and trusting in a local person with all the needs for my home. They soft washed my roof, washed entire house siding and washed my windows, I also had my garage shed done at the same time. I was very happy and the operations manager Isaiah is polite professional and knows his stuff, along with him was a young man I believe his name was Tyler, who also was learning the ropes and eager to get things done. All I know there my go to people and very happy I trusted them. Thanks again and Highly Recommend them. A plus!!!!!

Great team to work with. Soft roof washing on my North facing 79 year old slate roof. Amazing how much it cleaned up! My neighbors used him for roof/ siding washing after my recommendation and we're really satisfied. Our only collective comment was that the windows and screens needed to be washed after the roof was done from all the debris that was removed, makes perfect sense, just didn't think of it beforehand. I wouldn't hesitate to use again if the opportunity presented itself.

Simply put, a job well done. Had A Fuller do the “ soft wash” on the roof to remove ugly black streaks ( algae). Roof looks like brand new!! I had moss growing on my roof & they were able to get it off. The owner told me if it's not gone in 90 days to call him back & he would get it off because he guaranteed his work. I was extremely fortunate to find A Fuller Service. They went above and beyond, way beyond, most other service companies. I'm an absentee landlord and I was not able to locally find someone to power wash my house. On the internet, I found them and I was totally comfortable due to the fact that Jim Fuller, himself, kept in touch with me, as to when they would do the job. What a relief. Jim Fuller provides a reliable, thorough and complete service to his customers at a very reasonable price -- whether for plowing, roof washing or pressure washing. A Fuller Service has provided our snow plow service for several years now, and he has always been absolutely great about coming early, often, and then again after the storm is over to finish things up and widen out the driveway space. We also had them wash our siding and deck prior to re-painting and they did a great job with that as well. I give them two thumbs up only because I only have two thumbs.
